My husband and I have been living in Austin for over 9 years and we have been taking care of dogs for over 9 years. I have a Masters from McCombs and he has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from UT. Hook'em 🤘 We love exploring, adventures and traveling the world with our dogs. Nonetheless, we understand that travel can become overwhelming with pets and when we leave our pets with other caregivers we want to ensure excellent care for our dogs. Not only did my dog receive exceptional care, but it seemed like he was on a vacation too! Christina took him for regular walks, brought him to zilker and mount bonell . He had plenty of fun and exercise. Christina was great with communication and sent daily updates and pics. It was wonderful to know that my dog was not only looked after but also enjoyed his time while I was away.

Christina was an excellent host to my pup. They went on so many hikes and swims! My high-energy dog was very well taken care of and the communication with lots of photos was great.
While respecting all his routines and our requests, Christina (and her two dogs, Kai and Titan) gave Marx the time of his life over a 4-day Thanksgiving stay. Christina "gets" dogs to an extraordinary degree, and has the perfect home, local park, and training skills to give your pup a diverse, fun "dog camp" experiences without compromising his or her pre-existing training. Christina kept us amused and reassured with pix and a running narrative of Marx's antics throughout his stay. Christina is a wonderful find and we recommend her wholeheartedly.

Housekeeping & Safety: We have a fenced backyard in Central Austin. We live in a safe and dog friendly neighborhood called Brentwood for occasional walks around the block. Somtimes ** this usually costs extra** we go to Brentwood Park, Mount Bonell and 15 mins from my favorite park- Zilker Park. We have two fun and friendly dogs named Kai and Titan. They get along with all types of dogs and love playing outdoors with our dog guests! For your dogs safety and my family, no aggressive dogs allowed. If your dog does not have recall behavior please let me know! I will keep them on leash at off leash dog parks.

Anything Extra: What is your dogs bedtime? A dog that sleeps well is a happy dog! What is their recall like so I can plan activities accordingly? Please give me as much information as possible. The more the better. What is your dogs day usually like? Does your dog need special attention or have special behavioral needs? Let me know if your dog has any special medication he needs to take. My dog Kai had to take acute medication for a year, so I understand how important it is to stick to the exact medication schedule.
A typical day
Typical Day: Our dog guests will play outdoors everyday! Throughout the day your pup will go outside multiple times, have breakfast, dinner and snacks in between.
