Pet care experience
I grew up with two small dogs who are the loves of my life and my best friends. While I am living and studying in South Bend I would be thrilled to open my home up to your pet and make sure they get the top quality care and attention that they deserve. I have a large one-bedroom apartment located just a 5 minute walk away from the beautiful Notre Dame campus and a 2 minute drive away from the Niles Ave. Dog Park. My dog, Elmo, is very friendly and loves hanging out with other dogs and puppies. My home is puppy-proofed and cleaned with all organic cleaning products. This extremely safe and welcoming environment will be a warm and loving home away from home!

No breed preferences, please let me know beforehand if your dog is house-trained or using wee-wee pads, if you prefer if they sleep in a crate or on my bed, or if they will need me to administer any kind of medicine. I feed my dog Wellness Core Grain-Free dry food with Nature's Variety Instinct Raw Boost mix-ins and/or Purina Pro-Plan toppers mixed in. For treats I use Wellness brand, Kong, and PureBites Freeze-Dried treats. You are welcome to bring your own food/treats if preferred. My home is also stocked with Quiet Moments treats, Good N Fun chewies, DentaStix, and Rachel Ray Soup Bones/Pawsta. Please let me know if you would prefer your dog not to have any of these. I can also add Angel Eyes or NuPro Nutritional Supplement if desired.
A typical day
Will provide daily walks in South Bend, including through the beautiful campus of the University of Notre Dame, where I am a student. Lots of friendly faces and belly rubs for your best friend! I am home for most of the day and will be able to play with your dog, and make sure they are entertained. I also offer optional trips to the Niles Ave. dog park for supervised exercise and socialization at no extra cost.
