Pet care experience
I have over 25 years of experience caring for dogs, livestock, and exotics. Animals are my passion! I live in Pilot Hill on a five acre mini-ranch estate just outside of El Dorado Hills. I can accept reptiles, tarantulas, birds, and other small animals My home provides ample opportunity for walks, animal enrichment, play-time, and training. I love spending time with dogs both big and small! I am also comfortable and knowledgeable in caring for exotics such as reptiles. If you have livestock, I can also offer home visits to care for your animals while you are away! All clients will receive daily photographs of their animal. Our home has secure fencing and several fenced areas your dog will enjoy for potty breaks and play-time! I possess a Master's Degree in Community Development from UC Davis and a B.A. in Anthropology. My husband and I work from home as property managers allowing us to care for your loved one 24/7!

I wanted to go rafting one day while vacationing on the river, but leaving my pup for a long day in an unfamiliar rental wasn’t an option. Thank goodness we found Christina! She was super communicative and quick to answer all my questions. Finley had a great day at her lovely home. And for a very reasonable fee Christina brought Finley back to us which was awesome after a day of paddling. When Finley saw me she was super happy to see me, but she also kept hopping between me and Christina while we chatted- a sure sign that she really liked Christina and had a great day! Christina texted lots pictures, further evidence of Finley’s adventure. The next time we’re in town, I’ll 100% plan on Finley spending a day with Christina! Rafting is way more fun knowing your pup is having a great day too!
We were so lucky to find Christina to daycare for our golden retriever! We were attending an event a few miles from her home and enjoyed the activities because we were so comfortable with having Christina look after our Tinkerbelle. She sent us pictures to let us know how Tink was adjusting. Great care and beautiful large property and grounds to explore. Thank you again, Christina!
Christina is a compassionate and knowledgeable animal-lover, caretaker and rescuer. Spending time with her and her boxer Sasha is a delight. Their bond speaks to the level of care she provides her own fur-family. Christina is outstanding in regards to how responsibly she socializes her own animals and enriches their environments.

It is also important for me to know if your animal has any animal behavior issues: excessive barking, animal aggressiveness, anxiety or any other issues. I would also need to know the animal's vet contact information and any known health issues or allergies.
A typical day
We will take walks on our five acre property! I provide pools for dogs to romp in, toys, and many different enrichment activities based on your dogs abilities and desire for play! I also love to cuddle. Our beautiful five-acre home is fully fenced with several fenced yards within the premise! We have plenty of room to go for walks, play frisbee/ball, or to go for a run! I a huge follower of scientific animal behavioralist, Temple Grandin!
