I have been caring for dogs for about 10 years, most recently fostering for a local adoption house in Baton Rouge and helping train service puppies for Susquehanna Service Dogs while in college. I am the got to for my friends and colleagues who need a dog-sitter, because I pour my heart into each and every one of them while their owners are away. It’s a special treat for me to have a running buddy, so if your pup is a regular runner - let me know! I love dogs of all ages and all sizes, but would prefer under 80 lbs. I am open to giving medications and special care, so long as instructions are given. I can't wait to give your pups the attention they need!

Seriously, Christina is the BEST. SHE always takes such good care of Dino. Her flexibility, when it comes to my crazy travel schedule, is a true blessing. We both just lover her to pieces.
I am new to Rover, and Christina made me and Dino so comfortable. She is so sweet to my old man, and he absolutely loves her. So happy to have found Rover, and most of all Christina.
Christina will be a great caregiver! She has fostered many dogs before, so she has experience with all different breeds. She loves all dogs and takes excellent care of them!
Christina has taken care of my Fenway multiple times. He absolutely loves her (sometimes I think a little more than me). She is very attentive and will take him on many walks and gives plenty of snuggles as well. I have some friends who have also used her and I haven’t heard of a dog that she can’t handle. 10/10 would recommend for sure.

I have a yard with a 4ft fence, so your pup can have plenty of outside time if they like. Do let me know if they’re a jumper though! In my home, your dog will have a cool place to stay, with unlimited cuddles and playtime, and a 2 year old playmate (Poppy) to keep them company :)

If there are any physical activity limitations or hesitancy/aggression toward other animals, I'd like to know so I can take your pup to appropriate routes and locations. Please let me know ahead of time if your dog has any particular habits I should expect, or a special way to calm them.
A typical day
I love to take walks with the dogs around the neighborhood (Nicholson trail is very close) or to play fetch in the yard with them.

Availability
I am currently a working from home full time. While working at home, I’d be happy to care for your dog (and have it’s company! 🐾). During that time, I’ll be able to give your pup a walk or potty break every 2-4 hours.
