I provide exceptional service that goes above and beyond your expectations. I want you to have complete peace of mind when you leave your pet(s) at home, knowing that they will be cared for, loved, and protected as if they were my own. I have extensive experience caring for pets as a dog walker, cat sitter, and overnight pet sitter since 2012. I first began pet sitting for a company called Whiskers at Home (See Review from company owner, Jessica D). While I remain a Part-Time employee at that company and continue to be the primary overnight pet-sitter, I have been offering my services Full-Time to pet parents here on Rover since 2019. In addition to pet sitting, I offer house sitting. If you don't have a pet but you need someone to stop by and check on your home while you're away, no problem. I pick up the mail, bring in any packages, take the trash to the street/bring it back in, and water the plants. The rates are the same and my time at the house can be booked as half hour or one hour visits depending on how much time you want me to be at the house each day. Christina has watched our kitties several times now, and she really does an amazing job. Our girls are picky princesses, but she doesn’t seem to mind. We can tell from the photos & anecdotes in her updates that our kitties enjoy their time with her. Our house is also always immaculate when we get home. Sometimes we think it might be cleaner than we left it! This past visit in particular she went above & beyond, though. Our furnace stopped working while she was staying in our home to care for our cats, and even when we told her the girls would probably be okay alone over night if she preferred to swap to drop in visits instead of staying in a cold house, she stayed to take care of them. She even made sure she was there to coordinate with the repair person we called out, so we could get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. We really appreciate everything she does to ensure our cats are safe & well cared for while we are away.
Christina is a fantastic pet sitter who took great care of our cats for two weeks. She was so gentle and patient with them, and never forced them to do anything they didn't want to. She kept their space neat and tidy, and made sure they had plenty of food, water, and litter. She also sent us daily updates and cute photos of our fur babies, which made us feel so happy and relieved :-) She was very respectful of our property and our personal preferences, and followed our instructions perfectly. She also played with them whenever they felt like it. She is a true professional pet sitter. We highly recommend her and we will definitely book her again in the future.
Christina took great care of my cat. She is detail-oriented, responsible and reliable person. I could feel that she has a pride of what she does and truly love cats. I will definitely hire her again If I travel in the future.

When/if I leave during the day, I always keep your dog's potty needs in mind. Overnight sitting includes one 30-minute walk each day plus potty breaks. If your fur baby needs more than one walk each day or they can't go at least 4-hours between potty breaks, please add additional walks to your booking. On the final day, when you are expected to return, I leave before you get home.

A typical day
Dogs - Cats - Turtles - Birds - Guinea pigs - Rabbits - Chickens - Snakes - Rats DOG WALKS: During these visits, your dog(s) and I will walk around your neighborhood and/or any urban trails we can walk to from there. The duration of the walk is at least a half-hour and I give them my undivided attention while we're out! I'm available for longer walks as well. DROP-IN VISITS: These are perfect for cats or other animals you need cared for while you're away, such as Turtles, Bunnies, Snakes, and Guinea pigs. During these visit I will take care of the feeding, refreshing the water, scooping liter boxes, and administering medication. After those important chores are taken care of, the remainder of the time is spent showering your beloved pet with love and attention if they like that sort of thing! For example, some cats like to have their space, while others want lots of affection. I can also check the mail and bring in any packages that are left at the door. I can put the trash out to the street for pick up so it looks like someone is home as well and I can alternate lights inside if you'd like me to. If you're unsure, please don't hesitate to contact me and we can talk about it further. It is usually just the case of unplugging and storing any plug-in air fresheners and scented candles for the duration of your trip behind a bedroom door or in the garage. Availability
Pet sitting is my full time job. When scheduling a drop-in visit or dog walk, we will pick a two or three hour time block. This flexibility is important in case I am delayed at a prior appointment due to something like a kitty making a mess or a dog needing to be cleaned up because it was raining and they got extra muddy. For that reason, I will always arrive within that time block each day but I may not always arrive at the same time. For example, I will arrive between 10am and 1pm, or 1pm and 4pm.
