At present, I am unable to accommodate morning visits during the week. My current life and work schedule limits my availability to cats and dogs who only need a visitor in the evening during the week (after 5 PM). but I am available all day long most Saturdays and Sundays. I started working in Veterinary clinics in high school, assisting doctors and working with boarders. This turned into a preference for boarding and daycare, as I began to understand how hard it can be for a pet to be away from home for long periods. I've learned that many pets and their parents would be happier and more comfortable if the babies could stay some place familiar. One of my dogs has separation anxiety, and personal experience with her has shown that she is much happier the less time she spends alone in a strange environment. I currently have 3 cats , and I know that while they tend to need less direct care than a dog, they still have social needs, and each of them has different preferences. I have lots of experience with special diets and oral / injected meds due to all my years in veterinary care.
