We've been dog owners off an on for years. After tragically losing our beloved dog last year to cancer, we've been unable to bring ourselves to adopt again. However, I think boarding and pet sitting would be the perfect way to reintroduce a canine back into our lives. We very much loved having a dog and treated them just like one of the family. We have lots of love to give! We have taken care of a special needs(epilepsy) mini poodle for extended periods of time. So, we are experienced at giving oral meds to dogs. Any time we've ever pet sat we always take care of the dog or cat just the way the owners have asked. I believe in keeping the pet as close to their routine as possible. Of course if the pet is flexible with routine that is fine too. Every dog I've ever owned loves walks and car rides..so that would be part of the package(car rides only with owners permission.)
