I recently moved back home to Oregon from the Bay Area where I had several regular dog-walking clients and can provide great references! I have been volunteering with the dog care and adoption departments at various Humane Societies for over 4 years, which takes a lot of patience, and simply love spending time with dogs! It's both challenging and rewarding learning about new dogs and their behaviors and preferences, but always worth it :) Dogs have always been family to me; I grew up with a Black Lab and 3 years ago became a dog owner myself. I have used Rover as a client too with my Schnauzer/Yorkie mix Henry and understand the need to care for your dog as if he/she were part of our pack.
