Welcome to my Rover page. I realize that it may not be easy leaving your dog with someone else; however, I promise to provide your dog with a calm and nurturing environment focused on easing any anxieties he or she may experience while you are away. Who am I? I am experienced, mature, reliable, and settled — happiest at home with my little guy Clifford. Also, on most weekends, Clifford's best buddy (an 18lb gentle cavapoo named Maddie) is with us. I am a stay at home mom and our day starts with a 1-4 mile walk -- usually followed by a nap (for the dogs, not me). We take at least one more walk in the afternoon/evening. When it’s not too hot/cold out, the back door is open so the dogs can go in and out when they please. My home is open to calm and gentle small to medium sized dogs that are housebroken, good with babies, and get along well with my older dog, Clifford. Senior dogs and those requiring differing forms of medication and administration are always welcome. I always send updates and photos and encourage open communication. I'm working from home so I'm here to give your calm dog love throughout the day. We start our day with a long walk (so the dogs are tired and ready to rest when I need to work). I have a fenced yard and a dog-safe home. Dogs never have access to accidentally run outside through the front door since we go through the garage.

Repeat customer here and will continue to be one. Can't believe how wonderful Christina is with our dog Zoey. She took care of Zoey even better than her previous stay. Amazing attention to detail given her additional medications and stuff we brought over. Our dog had frequent walks, plenty of potty breaks, and even went on an enjoyable hike with her fur babies. Given Zoey's extensive medical history with glaucoma, cataracts, and diabetes Christina was more than qualified to care for our senior dog. Can't be in better and trusted hands than Christina. Christina was the best dog sitter I've had. Very detailed oriented with Zoey's extensive medical history of glaucoma, cataracts, and diabetic needs (multiple eye drops and insulin injections after meals). Christina went above and beyond with frequent walks with her dog Clifford to the park and around the neighborhood to keep my dog active. Can't express how well my dog was well taken cared for under Christina's supervision. Zoey will definitely be staying with Christina the next time I'm out of town. Thank you so much!
Christina's calm and easy going demeanor was perfect for our dog who is really uneasy about new situations. By the end of her stay with Christina, I could tell that our dog really connected with Christina and that is a great feeling to know that they are comfortable while away from home. We will definitely be booking with Christina again!
Christina was great with our Lab Charlie! We received text updates and pictures (which we loved!) and we could tell that Charlie really loved being with her at her home. She came home happy and healthy. We highly recommend her and will definitely book with Christina again in the future!

It would be important for me to know that your dog is well behaved around people, babies, and other dogs. Since my dog Clifford is older and not too interested in playing (unless it's on his terms), it would also be important that your dog is ok ignoring Clifford. I would also like to know if your dog has any unique behaviors that are normal behavior for them (e.g., funny noises they make) or specific tendencies I should know about.
A typical day
We love going for hikes at Lime Ridge, Castle Rock, Briones, Shell Ridge, Lafayette Rim Trail or for walks in the neighborhood. Everyone always sleeps well after a long hike!
