*Taking New Clients for February 2024!* Hi there! I’m Christina! I love all animals as I always have had pets in my home. I am energetic by nature and ready to play with any dog of any size! I will honor any requests made by the owner. I have been walking/dog sitting for over 16 years now! I have cared for Great Danes, all the way to little Yorkies. I am naturally invested in dogs, I always have been! I would love to be able to provide a pup with attention when their owners’ lives get understandably busy! Walking, boarding, grooming, playing, -no request is too big, let me know what you need and I would be happy to help! I am typically working 8am-4pm M-F, but I am very local and have flexible hours, so I am able to tend to your specific dog needs. I don’t mind early mornings or late nights. I consider myself a flexible person which mirrors my style of pet care. If a dog needs long walks, energy, and enticement -that’s what they’ll get! But if a dog is older; or just a bit more mellow.. I will match their pace. Again, every owner (and pup!) is different and so I will accommodate your requests to the best of my ability!

Christina did an awesome job caring for my two pets over Thanksgiving weekend. I was worried that I couldn't find anyone on short notice, but she was quick to reply to my messages and flexible when I had to come home a day early. She is experienced and asked all the right questions to get to know my husky, Homer. The house was clean when I left and homer was happy. I will be using her again!
Christina is a reliable and trustworthy dog sitter. She is clearly an animal lover and my dogs are always excited to see her. Christina is professional and conisistent when it comes to watching and walking my dogs. She helps my dogs remain energetic and get the love and attention , I cannot give them when I’m away.
Christina is a cheerful and responsible young woman. She loves dogs and dogs appear to love her! My lab immediately warmed up to her and was eager to play. My dog was sad when it was time for Christina to leave. Christina has cared for dogs all her life and you can tell from her passion for dogs that my dog was in good hands. Christina has alleviated any reservations I had about getting a dog sitter while I travel for work.

The owner of the dog and I will at minimum go over the following among other basics: -How social your dog is: what does it look like when they are around other dogs/animals/humans? And if there is any specific info regarding this (doesn’t like males, reactive around cats, etc.) -Prey drive: how strong is this in your canine? -State any aggression concerns: Territorial, resource guarding, bite/fight history, etc. -Tips/tricks/specific calls for recall or engagement, if any -Any safety concerns; broken paw, allergies etc.
A typical day
We have a great local dog park for pups who are okay to walk on a leash around other dogs. For dogs who are not so much into others/social interaction I have multiple quiet, open walking areas I typically go. Have a dog that needs to let energy out? Let me know and I can select the best places to bring them, with pre-approval from owner. Likewise, if the pup would benefit from an easy stroll around the block -that works too! Play in the backyard/in house/on property are all great choices as well!
