So my husband and I picked Christina based on her reviews and how she portrayed herself during the meet n greet. We felt comfortable to allow her to house sit for us and the icing on the cake is that our dogs liked her. We hired her for 6 days to care for our dogs and to follow our instructions. We sent our 3 doggies schedule via Rover messaging app; she advised yes that she can handle the schedule. The 1st day she was late by 1.5 hours in the morning but left on time at 8am. Day 2 she was late in the evening by 1.5 hours however she left by 8pm. I know the exact timeframes because I have cameras throughout the inside and outside my home, I also have an alarm system. She was aware that I do check my cameras frequently prior to her paid “house sit”. I also reiterated that I watch cameras via the schedule taped to my island for my doggies. Also I hired 2 sitters. The 1st sitter watched the dogs 07/31 to 08/01 - no issues with her. That’s sitter followed the schedule immensely. However the problem I seen on Day 2 with Christina — she shows up at 6:30pm and leaves by 7:25pm (dogs in kennel 22 hours out of a 24 hour day), also she left lights on in my home! I asked why she left so early and not following schedule, she mentioned car problems. But their is no communication advising of car problems which she claims started 08/02 until I questioned Christina about the lack of respect for my doggies schedule. I am in Cancun Mexico - I am very concerned for my 3 dogs as they have been Kenneled for 22 hours! That is harsh! After expressing my concerns Christina did follow the schedule starting Wednesday through Saturday. I came home Saturday evening and my couch pillows were all over the floor, my dogs peed on the floor twice in the living room, my dogs peed on the carpet under the pool table! The pee was not cleaned up at all. So I am literally cleaning pee when I come home from vacation because my house smells like pee. In reviewing the cameras the dogs should have been outside instead of inside, that could have stopped the peeing indoors. Also I noticed Christina asleep on the couch or working on her laptop while dogs running the home, peeing in the home. I am very disappointed in the care received. Christina did apologize for not meeting my and my husbands expectations. She did send pictures and a couple of 5 sec videos. My husband was concerned as well; and he is usually never concerned for the pups but when he viewed the camera footage he expressed concerned as well and wanted a different sitter immediately. This is the last thing we wanted to worry about while on vacation yet that wasn’t the case. We will vet the next sitter extensively.

Christina was amazing and kept us updated about our fur babies and sent lots of pictures. We loved that Christina was able to feel comfortable with our dogs including Bruno (our Rhodesian Ridgeback)! Can't wait to hire again!
