Pet care experience
Hello! I have been taking care of animals almost my whole life, but joined Rover six years ago because I love to help take care of your sweet pets! I love all animals (although I am allergic to rabbits), but dogs definitely have a special place in my heart! I'm very active and enjoy going for walks or runs, but I am also a big fan of hanging out around the house if that's what your dog wants to do. I am a previous dog owner and current cat owner but have experience taking care of a wide variety of pets. I'm comfortable around all breeds and sizes. I'm happy with walks around the neighborhood or taking your pet hiking with me. I can't think of a better way to spend my time than helping out you and your family member!

Christiana was wonderful with my buddy Maxwell. He's hitting his senior times and possible final days, so he needs some extra care, patience and attention. Christiana was able to provide him the care he needed and make him feel supported. She was communicative, understanding and flexible. She handled a plethora of medications and unique care needs and for that I am grateful. I really appreciated having her in my home to take care of my pup and would love to work with her again in the future.
I'd just adopted Bodhi a couple weeks ago and so was a relief to have a sitter like Christiana to watch him during my first trip away. She communicated with pics and any updates, questions as needed and helped Bodhi stick to his new routine. Me and B would definitely have her back again!

Please let me know what triggers your pet to not listen to commands or lose focus. Any special medical needs would need to be communicated and potentially demonstrated before the visits. It's helpful to know any things that might help me gain trust with your pet! I'm happy to do visits beforehand to make sure everyone is comfortable before a job starts.
A typical day
I love to explore the outdoors! Around a city park is a great walk, or some less busy trails if that is what your pet would prefer. I have experience in training as well and am happy to take up any training routines that you would like to reinforce!
