Pet care experience
My first experience with dogs was dog sitting our visiting family friend's dog, Annie, who was quite a handful since she was raised literally in the Amazon. That same year (I was about 8 or 9) our new neighbors had 2 escape artist beagles that we would have to hunt down whenever the dug under the fences. More recently, I became a dogfather to the puppies of my friend's recently adopted "four-for-one" special. The didn't know she was pregnant when they adopted her, so they needed a lot of help keeping them all in line.

Christian is wonderful with animals. He's caring, friendly and has lots of energy. Anyone would be lucky to have them around their family and pets.

I cannot provide home amenities, because I'm not allowed to have a pet in my apartment (sadly). I can run a 10:30 pace 5k, but I've recently been a little inconsistent with doing it every day, so running a high energy doggo (border collies or puppies?) would definitely give me more motivation. We have plenty of parks in the area, but I don't think that any of them are dog parks. My roommate and I go on walks together (sometimes walking neighbors dogs). So I'd say she would have no problem giving a little extra love and attention.

I'm taking online classes right now so I have open availability. I'm also up fairly early--about 7:30am, but I can get up earlier if need be. Long term schedules would be fantastic! But I'm still flexible with whatever pops up.
