I got my first dog, Meeka, that I was personally responsible for, when I was 7 years old. I trained, nurtured her, and even helped bring her puppies into this world. I loved and cared for them and assisted in placing them into safe and loving homes. I had a family dog who required medication as she aged. The responsibility of administering the medicine fell on me, as I was the only one who could give it successfully. I have a cat, Bree, that I raised from 8 weeks, who is now 6 years old. She stares into the depths of my soul everyday, but I know she loves me. I also have a 2 and a half year old dog named Faith, who has become my partner in crime since Meeka crossed the Rainbow Bridge in early 2019. I have personally trained Faith since she was 8 weeks old and she is better behaved than most children. She even rings the bell when she needs to go potty. I have been pet sitting since I was 16, every animal from chickens, to horses, to dog and cats. I pride myself on being able to handle all types of animal personalities, paying close attention to the cues and quirks of the animals. I consider myself an Alpha personality, and the pack leader. I have lots of love to give to every animal. I believe in crate training, rewarding positive behavior, and lots of love, while setting consistent boundaries. I keep my own animals on a balanced diet, and well groomed. I would love the opportunity to love on your babies in your absence.
