I have been a dog lover for many years, having raised 4 puppies and rescued 2 grown dogs. Since I have no children, my dogs have been my surrogates. I have experience with puppies, as well as geriatrics, and special needs dogs. I've had 2 blind/ deaf, elderly dogs who remained spoiled rotten. Aside from caring for my own dogs, I've helped watch my families' dogs on the occasion that they go out of town. At one time, I was helping to oversee 12 puppies, their momma, 2 others, as well as mine. I'm happy to say that not one dog was injured, lost or maimed. Lol! I do work full time, so I'm only available most weekends. I'm a nurse, so i have no problem dealing with medicating dogs cleaning up messes or dealing with gross stuff!
