I'm new to the area and I think working with Rover would be a great way to meet new people and their pups. On top of that, my 10-year-old Shih Tzu, Spade Pulitzer, could make some new furry friends as well. I’m also currently in graduate school so I have a flexible schedule and what better way to spend my free time then with another pup! Spade Pulitzer isn’t quite as playful as he used to be -- he tends to like to curl up on the couch and take a snooze -- but I’m happy to accommodate your pup’s schedule. I've been dog sitting for friends for nearly 10 years, either watching them in their own home or having them stay with me. I've worked with Dachshunds, German Shorthaired Pointers, Labradoodles, Beagles and Cocker Spaniels. One of my favorite things on Earth is dogs so you can expect that when I'm caring for your pup they will be extremely loved and taken care of. I talk to dogs just like they are people and am also really great at spoiling them with lots of belly rubs, kisses and hugs on a daily basis! I have a happy, friendly and warm disposition and your dog will enjoy lots of walks or a visit to the dog park that's about a mile from my home. I live in a pet-friendly apartment complex and there are lots of pups around and a dog trail where we can take a walk. Not only will your dog be well loved by me, but also by the other residents in the building. I also am about a mile from a huge dog park that we can visit. At night, there will be lots of couch snuggles and an opportunity for some indoor playtime. When I'm not pet sitting, I'm spending time with my own fur baby. We like to snuggle up on the couch and watch the DIY channel together. I really love all things homesteading -- my dream is to live off grid on a completely self-sufficient homestead!
