Throughout the week I received no updates unless asked. My dogs were regularly locked up for 12-14 hours between checkins overnight. They clearly were not monitored when eating to make sure they ate the correct food as one has a special diet. When one had an accident in the kennel, she just threw the bed with poop in my garage for me to come home to, and let me know there was poop on the wall as well. When we arrived home, early thankfully, she made no effort to close out her services prior to our arrival. We came home to chewed up stick on the floor and her dirty dishes left in the kitchen and living room.

Christal was great with our dog Vicky! When we met in person, Vicky instantly loved her. She did everything we asked which was more than just feeding and walking our dog (gave daily meds, watered plants, brought in mail, etc). She was very kind and professional, and kept us updated on how Vicky was doing throughout the stay. Would recommend!
