Pet care experience
Hi y'all! I’ve had every size of dog from large breeds like Rottweilers and Dobermans, to small breeds like Beagles and Pekingese! I currently have a German Shepherd/Border Collie so high energy breeds are my specialty! I worked at Petsmart for 3 years, I gained some basic training knowledge, as well as how to deal with food sensitivity situations. Most importantly, I understand how every dog is unique and needs its own routine that works for them. Any changes made to my schedule will be posted asap. Christa did an amazing job house sitting my dogs! She was excellent with communication and treated my babies like they were her own. She also took great care of my home, it was very clean and orderly when I returned.

Christa did a great job with my two Boston terriers! The older one has cognitive issues and the younger one is a ball of energy. Christa handled them both like a pro. I will definitely be calling on her again.
Christa is AMAZING with our pups! One is older at 11 years, and one is only 3 and she knows just how to care for both of them. I never have to worry when I leave them with her and that is an incredible peace of mind!

I believe whatever the client is comfortable with, is the best way. I do have a dog, but I would keep my dog separated unless we have a meeting first and they get along. If anything, my dog is crate trained and can be put in there while I’m not home. I don’t have kids, so it would be a quiet, stress free environment! Which is important when the fur babies are separated from their humans. Should you prefer me to drop by to take care of them, I am open to it and would follow any rules you’ve set!

I would like to know dietary requirements/treat options, whether the dog is socialized, any health related information relevant for me to know while I'm with them, and any unique habits. I don't have breed preferences.
A typical day
I typically stick to local neighborhoods for walks, that way the dog is familiar with the location. If the dog is comfortable with other dogs, then I would love to take them out to the dog park, or even do a play date with my german/border collie. Should the owner prefer that their baby stay to themselves, I can easily do some at-home activities.

I have started a new adventure of working from home! My initial schedule will be 7am-3:30pm until further notice starting on Oct 16, 2023! I will update my schedule once I have that information!
