Pet care experience
Apart from being a lifelong animal owner and lover I have a Bachelors Degree in Animal Science and seven years of professional animal care experience under my belt. I have worked with animals of all types in many capacities. I am comfortable with all types of pets including senior, fearful, and timid ones. I am proficient at administering both oral and injectable medications. Dogs, cats, horses, or livestock, I love them all! I am available weekends and most weekdays with a very flexible schedule. I am prompt, reliable, and responsible.

Christa was great to work with and took wonderful care of our Zoe! She was very prompt with returning messages and was very flexible for meeting Zoe and coming to see the house before her stay. She sent us a picture of Zoe on their evening walk, which was great! The house looked like no one had been there, so she took great care of our home as well. I look forward to working with her again! You know your dog better than anyone else and what ever information about your pet you feel like sharing is up to you. I love all dog breeds but I have always been partial to the herding breeds after growing up and working with them.
A typical day
We will walk anywhere and everywhere from an easy stroll around the neighborhood to a challenging hike in one of our National forests. Do you have a high energy dog? We can play fetch for hours! Does your dog love to play in the water? Then we will go on a trip to the beach!

I am currently working part-time and I have a relatively flexible daily schedule on work days. A day spent with any animal is a day well spent.
