Pet care experience
I've loved all animals my whole life! I wanted to be a vet growing up, but changed my mind when I realized it wasn't just playing with and loving the animals. That's why I think I'd be great for your pet needs. I love giving walks and cuddles! I also respect the independent pets need for food and a hello from afar. Last year, I had to send my sweet 18 year old fur baby to doggie heaven and miss her dearly. I look forward to meeting your pets needs as instructed while caring for them as if they were my own.

christa watched mitsi while i was away at a wedding, and i felt very relaxed knowing she was in great hands. she sent me photos throughout the stay, and mitsi looked relaxed and happy in all of them. christa even offered to stay a little later should anything come up. i would highly recommend her, and i plan on using her again! thank you so much, christa!
Christa is such a helpful and professional individual! She took excellent care of our dog and cat and dealt with issues such as a malfunctioning door lock and unexpected visits from contractors for house repairs. We always know that our pets are in great hands with her. Thank you, Christa!

In my home, your pet would have my undivided attention as I currently have no pets. I have a crate available for an extra small to small size pet. I have an unfenced backyard in which your pet would always be leashed. In front of my home I have access to miles of sidewalk for short or long walks.

A typical day
We can go on long walks! I have access to miles of sidewalk. If you'd prefer your pup be walked away from the road, we can take our walk through a town house community . I'm happy to let your dog tag along with me on a car ride to go through the drive-thru assuming you're okay with us. I have a long hallway in my home to throw tennis balls or toys for the pup that loves to retrieve.

Availability
I work full-time during the week, but come home for lunch. I'm off work around 5 for a night time check-in or two. I'm mainly available on the weekends for extended periods of time. I could make the weekend completely available to your pet or pepper in visits as needed.
