Pet care experience
I have previous experience both privately sitting/boarding dogs, and as a boarding kennel attendant - and I've owned dogs all my life, so I've seen most sides of the pet care industry. I've had those moments - wondering if my babies are okay with those to whom I've trusted their care. That's why, I want you to know that as a walker and sitter, I believe in a personal touch with the dogs (and cats!) and will communicate with you to provide the best experience for your furry baby. So whether he/she needs quiet time and cuddles at home, or long-distance fetch and a romp in the grass at the park, I'm your girl. Chrissy is a kind and compassionate soul and a true "animal person." She is also knowledgeable in animal care and training from her years at a vocational high school, shadowing at a vet clinic and professional experience in a boarding facility. She cared for my pet dachshund Edgar from the time I brought him home as a puppy until she moved out of state. He was always happy and excited to see Chrissy each time I left him under her care. Edgar has some special needs both medically and behaviorally, and Chrissy has skillfully cared for him when he has needed medications and treatments given at home. I would trust Chrissy with the care of any of my pets without reservation.

A typical day
I like to use whatever the owner does or wants as a foundation and work from there. Depending on the area and dog, I may take them for a walk around the block or the nearest dog-friendly park. Activities can be anything from small training exercises to fetch, and I'm also happy to take any suggestions from owners for activities.
