I have grown to love cats and now have experience brushing, playing, cleaning litters, and administering medication! I would love to drop by and make sure your cats are doing okay while you're away! For dogs: Long time dog and lover with lots of time and lover of cuddles and seeing dogs and their parents being happy! Currently only watching ONE dog at a time (other than my dog). Senior/Hospice care - 4 years - while this was for humans, I added this to show that I am used to caring for fragile people and can apply the same empathy and care for your pet. They will be my #1 priority. Dog sitting - 11 years - I’ve had dogs for about 11 years. During that time, I’ve lived in many different settings and made sure that my dog was getting the exercise and love that she needed. Rain? Snow? Distance? Please. Give me a real challenge! I’ve also watched my neighbor’s dogs multiple times and still do! I work as a biostatistician so you know I’ll be meticulous in any instructions that are given to me! I currently walk my dog 2-3 times a day for a total of 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. I have a fenced in dog park in my apartment for potty breaks/play if needed, a park/trail 3 minutes away, and a big tv if your dog likes to watch Netflix :) At most, I will be away for 2 hours for the gym. I have a furbo camera, if necessary and can separate my dog (your dog will get either the bigger room or whatever room they find most comfy!). I prefer not to do crates but will follow instructions! My dog means the world to me. I hate leaving her to a boarding center or a stranger. Let me be the family member you never knew you wanted.
