Very Active and Experienced!

Pet care experience

My name is Chris and I'm currently living in Bethesda Maryland. I'm extremely flexible and can adjust to anyones schedule. I love dogs and all animals. I'm currently still an Active Duty United States Marine. I'm extremely active and run daily. I have very high morals and core vales that I place in everything I do. I have tons of experience to include over thirty five hundred hours of dog training for a non profit organization that provides rescue dogs as service animals for individuals with PTSD, Night Terrors, Brain injuries, and Spinal cord injuries. I also worked with the Beaufort county animal shelter in South Carolina rehabilitating and training dogs that were confiscated in fight rings and provided them to loving caring homes and doing home checks and free training to sustain their transition.

Chris is the best. Really a dog guy and it shows. Really took care of our Kal like his own.

Chris was great with my dog. The little guy was definitely worn out afterwards. Strongly recommend!

Chris was great! We had plans to go to a concert when our dog had to have emergency surgery and couldn't be left alone for too long. Luckily, Chris was able to come and "babysit" for a few hours at the last minute. He made sure that our dog didn't rip his stitches out and even was able to give him his pills while we were out. I'd recommend Chris to anyone needing someone to take care of their pups.

I have a special bond with Chris as a fellow Marine and having seen his interaction with service dogs, as we have both been in therapy together, I’ve never seen anyone with more passion for the care of animals and tbere seems to be an immediate bond that occurs between Chris and the animals he has cared for in the past. No one, that I know, would be better qualified to be in a care and support role for animals than Chris Serra!
