I've been watching dogs for over 40 years and often sit my friends dogs when they go out of town. When I saw what Rover was offering, I thought why not do it more often. I'm a total dog lover, that really likes spending time with man's best friend. I'm very active, so walking dogs is something I really like to do. My house has a fenced in yard, so they have plenty of room to run around and have fun. In addition, my girlfriend raises service dogs so she's great to call on for experience. To me, the world is a better place thanks to these animals so it's a treat to be able to spend time with them on a regular basis. They make the world a btter place.

Chris was amazing!!!! He sent constant videos and pictures of my dog’s stay. He was in constant communication with me and reassured me of my dogs safety. I could tell my pup was well taken care of. He slept like a baby when I picked him out from all the fun they had! I will use chris again and again!!!
Our two golden retrievers stayed with Chris for two weeks. We received lots of photos from Chris, and we could tell he was giving them the attention and exercise that they needed-- one of them is very energetic and the other is more low-key, so their needs are different. They really seemed to have a ball with him, and he seems to have formed a nice bond with them so we will be returning to him in the future when we need a dog sitter.
Dog owners beware...Chris watched my dog while we were out of town on vacation. Chris is careless and dishonest. I received a text in the middle of the night notifying me my dog had been missing for hours and was not found. Chris lied to me how he got out door and I later discovered through the strong network of the community that Chris allowed his teenage son to have a party the night before and night he went missing. Chris was watching 2 dogs and acted careless. My dog was eventually found by someone else but in a high traffic area where he had to cross train tracks. I am lucky he is alive. I would not recommend Chris to watch any dog.
Chris did a great job with our rescue dog who is afraid of everyone. Got her to accept him and son. When we went to pick her up tail was wagging and was happy. We already have another weekend scheduled with Chris.
