I'm a 1st time rover.com customer so I was a little unsure of how things would go but I was hopeful because of the reviews I read about Chris and the fact that he had repeat customers. Chris responded within 30 minutes to my request and we did a meet and greet the next day. My dog, Holly, warmed up to him right away. It was so easy to see how much he loves dogs. Chris stayed in my house for 8 days and we were able to text to keep in touch. He always responded promptly and sent me photos too! When I came home, Holly was in a great mood and we settled back into our routine easily. Also, I'm pretty sure Chris left my house cleaner than I left it for him. I would love to have him watch Holly again! I had such a relaxing vacation because I wasn't worried about Holly at all. She was in great hands with Chris!

Chris was great with Ty. He was attentive, caring and playful with him while I was away. He even would play his guitar for Ty. It was everything I could have hoped for, while away. The thing I was most impressed with was how communicative he was while I was away. Every day I got a message and a pic. It really did put my mind at ease and allowed me to focus on the trip. I have already booked him for a second stay. Ty can't wait.
