For the past 15 + years I have enjoyed hosting guest dogs in my home as part of my pack of 4 Shelties and 1 CAT ! In the past 25 + years I have been involved in training and showing in obedience, herding, conformation and a little agility. I provided care and training to dogs of all ages, and health conditions. I especially enjoy working with shy dogs. As a retired nurse anesthetist I am comfortable with the administration of medications and medical treatments. I also offer basic bathing and grooming. MY goal for your fur person is to provide a low stress, fun and safe experience while you are away I currently work part time in the afternoon at a nearby horse farm between 3 pm and 5pm, my schedule is flexible for drop off and pick up 7 days a week I have 2 acres of safely fenced fields for frequent runs and walks plus 2 separate puppy proof yards, plenty of shade in the summer. I currently have 4 Shelties who are well socialized to other dogs and seem to enjoy our guests. In the house I provide separate crate or pen areas for safety at night, for feeding and when I'm out. Our guest hang out as one of the pack and are treated as family pets.
