Pet care experience
I've taken care of my own pets, my relatives' pets, and my friends' pets – usually dogs, but not limited to them – I've also cared for and trained puppies and given special care to senior dogs. I grew up with a dog and a cat, both of whom received special care as seniors. I have also received instruction from professional dog trainers and engaged in training regimens with dogs that have been placed under my care.

Chris is a great pet sitter. He took great care of my dog Molly while I was away for a couple weeks. Not only did he feed and walk her, he spent additional time to help with training, leaving me notes on what he worked on and how she progressed. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone.

I go to great lengths to ensure my own dog's safety by routinely checking the perimeter of my yard for rattlesnakes, mushrooms, or other potentially dangerous things before I let her out. I keep my own dog within my line of sight 95% of the time despite her being completely fenced in.

I like to know a dog's disposition, behavior towards other dogs, and reaction to sensitive objects like favored toys or the food bowl. For special needs dogs, I have experience dealing with mild conditions. With training and guidance I will likely be able to care for yours as well, but I'd like to have this information in advance.
A typical day
I'll be happy to take your dog on their favorite local walking route, play with them with their favorite toys, and provide any other kind of attention they need.
