One-on-one care for your pup!

Pet care experience

Hello! My name is Chris, and like everyone else here, I love dogs. Growing up, my family always had multiple German Shepherds. When I was in college at CMU, I adopted my little girl Miley from the humane society. She was about 4 months old then, but I lost her tk cancer earlier this year and miss her dearly. She was extremely smart, well behaved, and loved being around other dogs. We live in a nice, quiet, dog friendly neighborhood, so we have a lot of room to play and walk. I am confident your dog will be in great hands with me! We will only accept dogs that are fully house trained, and are okay with being left home for at least a few hours. I work from home the majority of the time, but need to go out and attend meetings for a few hours here and there. I am never gone for more than four hours.

Super friendly and helpful! The yard space was great and wore the dogs out. Chris sent pictures throughout the stay.

Chris and I have known each other for more than 15 years. Ever since I met him, he has always had a dog. He was always the one to care for him in his household and was always attentive. You can really tell that that was his baby. He would bath him, feed him, play with him and even go on long walks with him. He is very responsible and is attentive to what the doggy needs. I would recommend Christopher in a heartbeat to take care of my fur baby!

Chris took care of our 95 pound Bernese Mountain Dog over the weekend and it was our first time leaving her overnight, so of course we were a bit nervous. He made us feel at ease right away, sent us pictures of Jade playing in his yard and it was clear when we picked her up that she was in good hands with him. We’ll definitely be reaching out to see if Chris is available to watch Jade in the future. Thanks again Chris!

Chris is a very responsible, dependable, and trustworthy dog sitter. If I needed someone to watch my dog Morgan overnight, he was always my first choice. Rest easy knowing that your dog is in great hands!

Safety, trust & environment

I only take dogs from the same family during a scheduled stay. This creates the most comfortable stay for the dogs, who are already in a strange house. It is a very quiet, safe neighborhood, so it is a nice place for them to get some rest, relaxation, and have some fun!

Lives in a house
Has an unfenced yard
Non-smoking household

Information Chris F. would like to know about your pet

Are they good with other dogs? Cats? Totally house broken? How are they off and on leash? Dietary restrictions of any special needs that I need to be aware of?

A typical day

Walks to the park, fetch, jog around the neighborhood, car rides if requested. Run around the back yard. Play with my brothers puppy who lives around the corner if they like other dogs.
