I’m a freelance musician, so the majority of my work life I spend at home, practicing the piano. I have two very sweet Basset Hounds, Natti and Phillip, who are both 12. Bassets require extra care (due to their long ears and backs) and I’m happy to give it! Whether it’s a belly rub, cleaning the ears, giving baths or taking a walk, I’m happy to do it all. People tell me all the time (usually about cats), “Oh my goodness, that animal hates people, but loves you!” You can’t fool an animal—they know how to read people’s energy. Unlike people, an animal can’t be hoodwinked by words. I have an undergraduate degree in piano performance and a graduate degree in music theory, where I was a full-time teaching assistant. I’m a very responsible person who is passionate about animals. I hope that you will let me help you out and play with your fur baby sometime. :)
