Pet care experience
I grew up having dogs big and small with varying personalities and behaviors. I have 20 years of dog ownership and training experience. Throughout this time, I've learned how dogs act/react to different types of training (traditional, positive reinforcement, agility). I am also very attuned to how they are feeling, (happy is very easy to figure out!), but more importantly if a dog is in distress, their common signs and triggers. I also have experience with specialty puppy and elderly/senior dog care. I will make sure your dog is happy, healthy, and safe during his stay, whether it's a simple walk or an extended stay at our fenced in home. Your house rules will be enforced with positivity and consistency. I currently work from home so your pet will have lots of attention and time for walks and running around in the backyard. During the times that I would need to leave the house, we have a motion detecting pet cam for monitoring. I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space for your pet to run, play, or just hang out on the patio and take in the sun. There are crates also available if needed. I will respect your house rules that you have during home visits and walks.

Guster had another very happy stay at Chris's! As always, loved seeing pictures of him running around outside and hanging out inside with his other dog friends.
I was always nervous about leaving my dog with anyone when I went away. But then I found Chris and his wife , they are amazing with the dogs. They have a nice fenced in backyard for the dogs to play, they go on walks as well. Chris is always good about sending pictures of Gigi when she’s there. I feel very comfortable leaving Gigi with Chris and his wife and I will continue to use them for my future trips. Thanks again Chris you guys are great Gigi’s always happy to visit.
Chris was extremely accommodating when I had a last minute need for boarding. His space is great for dogs and he and Bonnie clearly take extremely good care of the pets in their care. I got lots of pictures showing Trout having a great time. Chris was also very flexible when travel woes struck and I had to extend Trout's stay later than I initially booked for. Overall 10/10 experience, would absolutely book again.

Being upfront and honest is the best way to start our pet care relationship to provide the best care possible for your pup. Your pet must not show signs of human aggression, and must be friendly with other dogs if the booking dates coincide with other dogs stay. Please provide any health conditions, behavioral issues and quirks (not housebroken, medication needs, separation anxiety, high prey drive) before or during a meet and greet. Please provide paperwork from your vet that all shots and vaccinations are up to date.
A typical day
Dogs will be able to run and play in our fenced in backyard. Walks are very nice in our beautiful neighborhood with low traffic. There is a school and park that we love to take dogs for walks. Rainy days call for playing with toys, treat and cuddle time!

Availability
I work remote and I set my own schedule so visits and walk times are flexible. Daycare Hours: M-F 8AM-6PM. Hours outside of these can be requested for an additional fee. Boarding: I take in up to 4 bookings at a time. Solo bookings can be requested if my schedule permits at the premium/holiday rate.
