Pet care experience
I’ve had pets of all kinds growing up, including various breeds of dog, cat, small animals, reptiles and birds. I have worked as a volunteer in zoos, vet practices and kennels as well so cleaning, feeding and walking in all weathers has become second nature! Animals are my passion and that’s why I am studying how their welfare needs should be met at University. Caring for animals is such a rewarding and satisfying job and i’d love to be able to bring my expertise to help you and your pet! *WALKING FEES INCLUDE TREATS AND TOYS*
Reviews
Chloe was always very friendly, professional & super flexible. Nothing was ever to much trouble, come rain or shine Chloe was reliable. My dog really loved her & we’re sad to lose her. We had a couple of dog walkers but Chloe was by far the best. Chloe looked after Gary when we went on holiday, it was a much better option for us to use Chloe rather than a kennel. She’s always happy to give advice & worked with us to train Gary better. We will certainly miss you!

Safety, trust & environment
I usually like to do a perimeter check of any outdoor spaces before letting dogs out into the garden. The same goes for cat homes as even if they’re free-roaming, I want to be aware of any hazards. Inside, pets will be kept to areas that you want them in and any items I think may be at risk of being chewed or damaged will be moved out of reach. I am well-informed with what foods or houseplants are toxic to animals and I make sure to keep these out of reach also. Pets will also have any medication they require with fresh water available 24/7.
Information Chloe S. would like to know about your pet
Despite having experience, I will not take on very dog-aggressive dogs for walks and will not take on food aggressive dogs for home-sitting. This is for both your pet’s safety and mine. Any nervousness or reactivity must be addressed at a meet and greet or equivalent to ensure your dog is fully comfortable. I am comfortable with all types of dog and after getting to know you and your pet, I can then tailor playtimes and/or walks around their usual energy levels and working drive etc. Please ensure you disclose any medical or dietary requirements beforehand. Thank you.
A typical day
I live near central park, a large dog-friendly open space with lots of room to run and play. I like to take toys and treats along with me, especially with anxious dogs who may need some encouragement. Dietary requirements etc. will be discussed beforehand of course.

Availability
I am a full-time student but this does not mean your pet will not be my top priority. Not only am I looking to gain a little money to support my studies, but being around your pet is beneficial to them and myself, as it gives me even more relevant experience for my future career. Not only that, but seeing a friendly face can help both myself and your pet. My weekends are currently free and as I enjoy quiet nights in more than going out, I am usually free most evenings although notice will have to be given. I am also available for dog walking on some regular evenings to help stretch their legs and give them exercise; especially for energetic young dogs who need it to avoid naughty habits when at home!
