I had many pets growing up, including a family dog. She passed in 2019 and we waited to get another dog until COVID. With isolation, my family and I adopted Rylie and Roxy. Two 35 lbs bernedoodles that were littermates! I had Rylie full-time but often helped out with Roxy as well. I took some time away from Rover to get the 2 puppies trained, as well as the COVID restrictions in my area. Unfortunately, Rylie passed this last summer and I moved away from Roxy and home. So, I am looking to add some cuddly creatures back into my life. I am comfortable administering pills but am not qualified for injections. I have reliable transportation and can do pick-ups and drop-offs. I don't mind bathing and daily grooming as well. I have experience taking care of chronically ill dogs and overactive puppies! Rylie was training to be a service animal and I have some experience with basic training including leash, crate, potty, and basic command training. If you are doing any training with them I am more than prepared to continue your training regimen! I am extremely active and outdoorsy. I am a college athlete and I am more than willing to take the dogs on walks, runs, and hiking in NWA, of course per the owner's instruction. I don't have much experience with senior dogs but am willing to take any age! I am an overall animal lover and would love to take care of cats/kittens as well! I do have less personal experience with cats but have taken care of friends and families from time to time!
