Hi, my name is Chloe and I was born and raised in Santa Barbara. I used to work at the Santa Barbara Zoo, where I worked as Retail Supervisor, as well as acted with the occasional dinosaur. I'm looking for a part-time dog-sitting/walking job in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas! I've grown up with animals in my household all of my life (ranging from dogs, to cats, to bunnies, and birds). Now that I live in a place where I can not have animals, I would like help others out in the caring of their beloved animals. I am very tidy and cleanliness is one of my first priories when house sitting. Not only will I care for your pet but for the household they belong to. I have my own means of transportation, with a clean driving record, so any adventurous animals I am able to accommodate. I am available for walks, drop-ins, as well as over night stays! Chloe was absolutely great. She worked with us to schedule a meet & greet with our dog, prior to booking and was very communicative before and during the booking. She stayed in our home and left it very tidy. I would absolutely recommend her services.
Chloe is so sweet! It was our first time ever using any type of sitting service and we were super nervous, but she made us feel comfortable. She was great with our dog that has anxiety and was patient with him, we really appreciated that. She left everything clean too and brought in our mail/packages which was really helpful. The most important information for me is feeding schedule, excersise schedule, and reactions to other animals. Also if they need to take any medication I would like to be shown first hand how to administer the medication to your animal, as to memorize your preferences in the administering. I do not have any breed preferences.
A typical day
I am playful and caring. I will give your pet my full attention. (When in the presence of company, I am not a big fan of partaking in social media or any form of technological media, that may distract my focus from the task at hand). I will of course update you, the owner, of the physical and mental health of your dog, with pictures and texts. I am adventurous and have a method of transportation in the form of a car. So walks on the beach or on agreed upon hiking trails can be arranged, of course with consent of owners. I am also able to stay overnight, water the plants, and bring in the mail. For me, keeping your home in a 1st rate condition is a top priority, next to the care and comfort of your pet.
