Pet care experience
I am a Visual Artist and Acupuncturist originally from Italy. I moved to Chicago to go to graduate school in 2009, and decided to stay! I live in West Village, minutes from both Smith Park and Humboldt Park. I have one pet, a very mellow 11 year old male cat. He is used to being around doggies! I love dogs and animals in general, and decided that it works best for me to be dog auntie and take care of your pups, rather than being a full time dog parent! I would LOVE to take care of your puppy! I have extensive experience with animals, as we have dog walked, dog sat and cat sat for years. Ialso have experience volunteering at Tree House (cat shelter) and Paws (dog shelter).

Chiara was great! Would love to hire her again. She went above and beyond what I asked of her— cleaning up the cats messes, playing with them to get their energy out, refilling litter box pads. She was professional and friendly and definitely seems to love pets. Very happy I chose to work with her.
Chiara was so good with my dog. She watched him for 3 days and updated me daily including pictures. Anytime I had a question she was so prompt with her response and I felt so comfortable with him being at her house. She was very caring and Felix had a great time with her!
Chiara was absolutely amazing! She took great care of PJ and sent daily updates on how he was doing so I was always in the loop. I would highly recommend her and will definitely be coming back if I need another dogsitter in the future.
