I am a qualified veterinary surgeon in Taiwan and had 3 yrs practice experience in both private clinics and university vet teaching hospital. I moved to Singapore with my family and my dogs in 2017, that's where I started to become a pet sitter. We moved back to the UK 2020 and now located in Sevenoaks. I also worked in pet nutrition and animal pharmaceutical industries for 8 years, after I moved on from being a veterinary surgeon. I provided technical supports and consultations to cooperate clients, companion animal veterinarians, pet owners and internal staff. I have also been an editor/translator for veterinary text books and other science/human health publications/videos for about 5 years, this is something I do along side being a full time pet care giver. I have been a life long pet owner, I have owned Miniature Pinscher, German Shepherd, Toy Poodle, Mixed Breeds, Chihuahuas, and DSH cats over my life, and I looked after small birds, turtles, mice and rabbits when I was a child. I took great care of a variety of different breeds and sizes of dogs and cats as a sitter when their owners were away from home, ranging from toy breed to large, ill or healthy, quiet or playful, friendly or fractious. So you can expect your pets to be in good hands. I have provided home visit, day care, boarding, house sitting and dog walking services to more than 50 pet owners (both in Singapore and in the UK, in addition to the pets I treated as a vet in Taiwan), and I have gained great reviews from all the lovely pet owners. (Check out my album.) The environment for your pets will be kept safe and hygienic, no food or treat will be provided without your permission. In case your pets need daily oral medicine intake or any subcutaneous/intramuscular injections (e.g. insulin for diabetic pets), giving eye drops, nose drops, ear drops, external ear tunnel cleaning, wound dressing, or topical medication application required, I will be able to help with that*, provided your pet(s) is/are not aggressive. (All medications for me to administer should be prescribed from your vet) Bladder expressing, massage (as part of physical therapy), ROM joint exercise, and medicated bath/shower for needed pets can also be provided on demand as well*. *extra fee will apply for any additional services in addition to feeding/ watering/ litter cleaning/ potty breaks/ accompany and playing. Daily photo updates will always be provided. I have several existing clients who I look after their dogs and cats on a regular basis or ad hoc basis, but I still have a few days available during the week to look after your pets.
