I would give negative stars if possible. Absolutely horrible. Could not confirm that my dog was even taken outside for 4 days. The agreement was for Cheyenne to stay at my house most of the time. She said she wouldn’t be starting her new job until I returned from my trip and that she loved dogs and was very experienced with them. But she started her job training the first day I left and job that she told me she wouldn’t be starting until after I returned from my trip. My neighbors and landlord contacted me and said they didn’t even think she had been to the house for 3 days and if so it was only for a few minutes. I confronted Cheyenne over text (I have all of the records of this) and she said she was having to work 9 hour days with a one hour commute both ways. Leaving my dogs for 11 hours at a time without breaks. This was all while I was hiking in Big Bend, TX with almost no cell reception. Plus she said she could not confirm that My one dog, Ipo, who is extrmemely shy ever got off my bed. That she slept on the couch and had to take sleeping pills so she didn’t know if Ipo ever got up to go outside, but she left the door open at night so that she could. I don’t think she even stayed there for 3-4 nights because my neighbors went to my house to check on my dogs and there was poop and pee everywhere from Ipo my big dog who had never had an accident before even though I work 9 hour days while she is home. There was Like days worth of poop in the house they said. When I told Cheyenne this she said that Ipo had growled at her the first day and curled up in a corner on the bed so she didn’t want to “push her luck with her”. Even though she claimed to have experience working with dogs in the military. If she felt uncomfortable watching my dog she should’ve sent me a message the first day so Rover or myself could’ve found someone else. I had to cancel the remainder of the booking and get a friend of a friend to watch her and she did fine with him - no agression or growling or accidents. Rover should’ve refunded me the money when I complained but they just didn’t charge me for the remaining days and only gave me a credit for one day. Absolutely horrible. This person is in the wrong line of work if she is still pet sitting.

Cheyenne was amazing! Super flexible and a sweet heart! My dogs loved her. She definitely goes above and beyond when caring for the fur babies. Communicates well and I highly recommend her!
