I have grown up with all kinds of animals from Horses, dogs, cats, birds, lizzards, rabbits, and hampsters! I am nothing but an animal lover! I have my own pup now. His name is Bentley and is a Pit/Lab/Catahoula/Heeler mix who is 2! I've had him since he was 6 weeks old so I have experience with a range of ages. I take Bentley to the local dog park (1/2 mile away) as a source of exercise and to gain social skills. I have a runner in our back yard for when it's nice out so he can spend the day outside. At the park near my house, there is a nice trail to walk dogs on. I have experience with giving animals pills, trimming nails, and bathing.
