I have fostered kittens and cats off and on for 3-4 years and I live in a home with 3 cats and a small dog. I am partially responsible for each of them and have cared for them for several years. I have lived with other dogs and cats for most of my life and have had some responsibility for each of them. I also have spent a bit of time volunteering at my local animal shelter, including dog-walking, feeding animals, and providing play time for them. I know how to treat animals with differing personalities, but I have never professionally watched over an animal before. I believe it would be like taking care of one of my own pets and I hope to make your pet feel as comfortable in my hands as they would in yours.
