* Please note while I adore taking care of your sweet pet, I can usually only do mid-day walks on weekends and holidays due to my full-time position. There are some exceptions though for regular clients, an extremely close location in Clinton and/or emergencies. 23 years as an adult volunteer puppy raiser for a guide dog school. This included welcoming a puppy at 6 weeks old and teaching it basic commands and socialization skills until it was between 15-21 months of age. Then the puppy is brought back to the school to learn harness work and be assigned a person. Also puppy sat for other families raising future guide dogs when they were on vacation. While I will not sit in my own home, I will gladly travel to your home throughout the day. Love to walk, hike and go on adventures. An animal lover, I currently have a German Shepherd of my own. Also experienced with cats/kittens, horses, fish and most rodents. I am very conscientious and responsible. I expect my dog to be treated well and will do the same with your furry family member.
