Pet care experience
We are a reliable, trustworthy and caring husband/wife team. Cheri is employed by the post office and John is retired. Having worked at a kennel, we have lots of experience in all things “dog”. Washing, walking, training, playing with, feeding and watering, helping mama dogs give birth, but most of all giving lots of love and attention. We can go to your house up to 3x per day. We are willing to do some overnights as well. If you have any other types of pets, no problem. We have given medications to dogs, cats, and even an iguana. We have 6 pets of our own, 3 dogs and 3 cats. Your pets will be cared for as if they are our own. We also will check in with you daily to let you know how everything is going.

Cheri was fantastic. Our 15 1/2 yr old schnauzer was anxiety ridden. She’s blind, deaf, & diabetic. Don’t leave her usually, but had to, & found Cheri on rover.com. So thankful!! I knew she was in good hands. Super high maintenance dog! Cheri could not have been a better fit for Nickel. She fed her, gave her an insulin shot, & changed diapers. Excellent doggy caregiver!!!!

A typical day
We will hang out with your dog, talking with him or her. We will walk with them if requested. They will get lots of love and hugs! If they like to play, count us in! And don’t worry about food and water we will follow your instructions.

Availability
Cheri works a full time job during the day but John is home during the daytime. So John usually takes care of dogs needs during the day while Cheri takes care of afternoon and evening dog requests.
