Pet care experience
I have been a lifelong dog lover, and I just can’t imagine my life without them. There’s just nothing like the love and friendship a dog brings into your life. I’m passionate about providing for my own pets, so I know how great it is for an owner to have quality care options for their best friend. I've been dog sitting for various families and friends in the Bellevue area for years. One particular case involved a rescue dog that had a strong case of separation anxiety; his owner felt comfortable enough to take a 3 month trip to Thailand and leave him with me! I’ve learned a lot in my time as a sitter, and I bring that knowledge and expertise with me whenever I have a pup under my care! Although I’ll be the primary caregiver to your dog, I also live with my girlfriend, Ashley, who used to foster dogs with her family for 10 years. We're both dog enthusiasts who work our lives around taking the best care of our pets possible. I also have two of my own dogs. Tux is the older of the two (6 years), a Basset-Dachshund and professional snuggler/sock stealer! He may not be the brightest or the quickest, but he'll warm up to you after a lick and a sniff. Mei is our younger one (1.5 years), a Terrier mix with an obsession with tennis balls. She will quite literally play fetch for hours and is as sweet as can be. We always welcoming new pups into the house! When your pup is under my care, I always strive to provide impeccable customer service to you and your dog. You’ll receive regular updates from me letting you know what we’ve done that day in addition to some great pics to document it as well!

Chen is great! He is prompt with responses and that first meet and greet. It was very quick seeing how he is with dogs, and how they respond to him (there are 4 in our household). During his booking, Chen was on time, communicative, and my dog looked happy in every picture sent. I would absolutely recommend Chen!
It's no secret Chen is a great father to his 2 four-legged children. When it comes to my dog, Jerry, I wouldn't entrust him to anyone else. Jerry is a special case because he's blind in both eyes, but if he's in Chen's care, I know he's been well taken care of. His backyard is HUGE aka so many activities! ("Stepbrothers" reference) And the best part is Jerry now has 3 new best friends!
Chen was friendly, on time and really good to our pup. He came back happy. We'll go to Chen again. He did a great job.
Chen was great! It's obvious that he loves dogs. He made sure to send me updates and photos while we were gone and was flexible when our schedule changed. I will be calling him next time I need a dog sitter!

A typical day
If your pup enjoys lots of exercise, they’ll be right at home with me! I love to stay active, so dogs are always welcome to come along! There are tons of things to do in my neighborhood. My neighborhood is called Newport Hills. It's pretty quiet for the most part, but there are plenty of other dog families nearby! There is an off-leash park less than a mile from my house that we frequent. The inside of my house actually has a doggy gate built into it to partition off space for smaller/anxious pups. My yard is roughly 4000 sq ft. completely fenced in and escape artist proof (ask me why when you meet me!)
