Pet care experience
My fur children Winston and Layla are my whole world. I have dog sat for friends and family for 20 years now. Most of my friends bring their dogs to me to babysit because we have a very dog friendly home and they know they can watch my dogs Instagram @winstonandlaylatheboxes to see what their fur child is doing while they are away. My pups love having friends sleepover so it’s always a lot of fun and you know what they say, a tired dog is a good dog!
Reviews
Chelsie has watched my dogs in the past and they always have the best time at her house! I always know that I am leaving my dogs in the best hands when she watches them & I never have to worry about them there. For as long as I have known Chelsie, she has been a big animal lover & is such a caring person. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter!
Chelsie is the only person I would trust watching my happy Golden Retriever. Her house is perfectly quiet in the woods and her pets are excellent playmates for my dog. Chelsie has many years of experience in dog ownership, and spoils them with snuggles. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
Chelsie has been a lifelong animal lover. She has raised 3 dogs from puppyhood and taken care of countless others for friends and family. She can often be found taking the dogs for long walks or throwing toys for them. As a lifelong dog owner, she always prioritizes their needs, providing them with close attention and love. She doesn’t discriminate against breeds or size, she’s happy to have anyone from a Bichon to a Great Dane running around and will make sure they get all the attention they deserve.
Chelsie is amazing with all dogs. She treats every dog like her own. I have left my golden with her on several overnight occasions and know he is well taken care of and loved. I never have to worry because I know he is on a mini vacation every time he is with Chelsie! The house and yard are also very safe.

We live on 4 acres on a quiet dead end private rd towards the end with a big yard and woods. We also have multiple baby gates downstairs to help give pups breaks from each other if needed and/or help give everyone time to eat their meals without worrying another dog may eat it first!
Information Chelsie E. would like to know about your pet
How does your pup feel about high energy dog friends, Do they like a lot of playtime and activity with other dogs? (If no, we may not be the best fit) What is their usual daily routine? How do they interact with other dogs and new people? How they are on a leash? Do they stay in yard or need to be on leash always?
A typical day
We are pretty routine. -Wake up between 5:30-6:30am and go outside -First walk of the day is from 7-7:30am -Then we have breakfast and go outside for potty breaks around 9am and again at 11am -Lunch walk and playtime from 12-1pm -Potty break at 2pm -Outside play time again from 4:30-5:30 -We have dinner and we do an evening walk from 6:30-7 and start to wind down from there. -Another outside potty break between 8:30&9pm then we go to bed. -Usually have a 1-2am potty break (we have a 4 month old puppy currently who does not go all night yet without a potty break)

Both myself and my boyfriend work from home full time so our dogs and pup visitors are never alone. Becoming full time remote in 2020 was the best thing that happened because I can spend more time with my fur babies. My old commute time into the office is now replaced by 3 walks a day (before work, lunch breaks and after work). When your pup is here I make sure they feel at home. Whether they prefer to sit in my office (which is also my dogs room) on a big fluffy bed or under my desk getting pets while I work…. or they prefer to be independent in the big bay window that we made into our dogs perch to watch the neighborhood and squirrels play, it’s all up to them! They are also welcomed to join on one of the multiple walks we go on in our neighborhood daily and lots of outside time in our big grassy yard with toys, a kiddie pool, a comfy couch or a dog cot under an umbrella. We spend a lot of time outside when we are not working.
