Hello, I am an experienced dog walker/sitter that is new to the area. My previous experience spans across DC, MD, and now VA, and my previous experience with dogs include: large dogs, small dogs, leash reactive and aggressive dogs, shy dogs, young puppies, high energy dogs, senior dogs, and other special needs such as blind/deaf dogs, and physically disabled dogs. As for difficult dogs, I use positive reinforcement, treats, and patience :) I make sure to always keep my clients up to date on what their dogs are up to during my visits, and provide extra services free of charge such as mail collection, or minding plants. As for drop-ins, I also have experience with other animals: cats, ferrets, rabbits, turtles, guinea pigs and hamsters, rats and snakes. Even farm animals, depending on where you are.
