They'll be loved as one of my own.

Pet care experience

As an experienced Kennel Technician, and an overall animal lover, I have the passion to return all the love and loyalty to someone else's baby that all of my past furry babies have surely blessed me with over the years. About this sitter: Hey there! My name is Chelsi Lopez, I'm 25 years old with a passion to help animals and I can't wait to care for your furry baby. I have dreams of becoming a Veterinarian and caring for your pet will be a wonderful experience for both me and my own dogs. I also have some grooming experience (includes combing out, edge down nail trims, and ear cleaning (excludes plucking)) and am happy to take your pup to a local self-service bathing and take care of them myself. *I prefer pet sittings from South Asheville and down as my job is in Flat Rock. Why I love dog sitting I've had dogs in my life since before I can remember. I've had a couple of beagles and a few chihuahua's before my 2 current dogs. The affection and excitement that dogs bring into a person's life is priceless, and we do what we can to return that eternal loyalty. I love dog sitting because there will be times when we have to go away and I very much enjoy the time I get to spend loving on someone else's baby to help ease their time apart. Meet my pets Currently my Australian Shepherd lives with me, but I do have 2 cats joining me soon as I continue to settle into my new home here in Asheville. Kyffer, the Border Collie Mix, just turned 7 years old. He's my big cuddly mama's boy kind of dog with lots of energy and love to offer. He does better around older dogs with lower energy, but when he makes a friend he's happy as ever. Cali, the Calico cat, is about 13 years old and of the quiet nature. She's curious as all cats are and is friendly with other cats and dogs with no aggression at all. Koba the Maine Coon, is about 3 years and is a pretty chill and curious cat. He's not bothered by much and he does totally fine with kids and other pets.

I fostered Kazi a week before I took a 5 day business trip and besides getting ready for the trip, I had to look for a place to pet sit Kazi for 5 days. Chelsi made everything easy even when I had to change the drop off time because of meetings. Through out the 5 days stay, she kept me updated on Kazi's status and when I got back, Kazi got a bit fatter (which is great since he was skinny when I got him from ACS) and he was so well mannered and so happy. I appreciate the great service that Chelsi provided and I will use her service again. Thanks!
