I grew up with dogs and cats in the home, and even managed a store called Three Dog Bakery for a year, so have had exposure to many different types of dogs! I’m a 35 year old mother of two, and currently have an 80 pound Newfoundland/Poodle mix.

Chelsey was amazing with my dog and kitties and sent me lots of pictures! she was very professional and ill definitely go to her if i need any pet sitting in the future.
This was probably one of the best experiences Koda (and I) have had! Chelsey helped my fiancé and I out last minute when we got stuck at an airport. She went above and beyond to keep us updated every step of the way and took care of him so well! Koda had so much fun playing with her and her kids and I couldn’t be more thankful or say enough great things about her and everything she has done for us! Seriously a life saver!
Chelsey is great!! She’s been watching my dog Maxwell for awhile now, and he loves her! She is great with handling his high energy and giving him the care he needs while I’m gone which is a HUGE comfort. It’s made my transition into the job better knowing he’s taken care of during the day. If you want a reliable, communicative and trustworthy sitter, I highly recommend her!

When I visit with your fur baby, I’ll treat them like my own. I’ll make sure they get lots of attention and exercise if need be. I know some dogs and cats can take a while to warm up to a new person, so I always make sure to approach those particular animals slowly. When I take your dog on a walk, I’ll make sure to follow the instructions my own dog’s trainer gave me in order to ensure proper control. This means keeping them on a short leash and not letting them pull. I’ll always put myself in between them and any other person or dog walking by, just to be safe.

Make sure to communicate with me about any behavioral issues your dog might have (i.e. aggression towards other dogs or people, excessive humping, anxiety, lunging at passerby’s, etc.) Also let me know if your dog needs any special medication administered.
A typical day
When I take care of your pet, I’ll make sure they get lots of belly rubs and interaction. I’ll make sure to get your dog/cat engaged and moving around with their favorite with toys. If you have a dog park nearby, I can take them there so that they can run around and get some energy out. We’ll play fetch if they want, or just let them roam freely. But I’ll always make sure to have eyes on them to ensure they aren’t getting into anything they’re not supposed to, and to watch out for any disagreeable interactions with other dogs!

Availability
I am currently a stay at home mom, so have lots of availability! I can’t bring your dog over to my home because I have a baby, but would be happy to come to your home and either give them some attention for a while, or take them on a walk.
