Pet care experience
Hello! No need to tell you that I love animals. Why would I pet-sit otherwise?! A few notes before you get too far in my profile: • I do work full time onsite in Chantilly. I am also a mom with a family life. That being said, I can accommodate a lot of needs when it comes to drop-in visits and house sitting. • During the week, I offer 3/4 times that I can let your dog outside. 6ish-8am, 4-5pm, and evenings after 8. Depending on how close you are to my work, I do offer a lunchtime visit, but it does increase my baseline rate. • I am a low key person, and love low key animals. I will happily take your dog on longer walks, and play in the backyard. But if you want someone that can throw a ball for hours, or needs to watch your pet’s every move, another sitter will work better for you. If you’ve read my reviews, you’ll see that I have a lot of people that used to board their dogs with me. I no longer offer that, but have transitioned to offering housesitting (which is why those reviews are fewer)

This was the second time Chelsea cat sit for us. She sent us updates every day. I’ll definitely contact her again when we need someone to watch our cats.
Chelsea is awesome. You can tell she loves animals and is very patient and attentive to their needs.
Got along very well with all of our cats! I was happy that she had experience giving shots, so our diabetic cat who needed two shots a day was taken care of!

I’d like to know if your dog is reactive to certain things (such as a ball cap on a new person). Also if they are reactive to another dog they may pass on a walk, and how you handle their mannerisms. Let me know what you expect me to expect of your dog. I will be upfront and say that I do not encourage larger dogs to jump on me, and will do my best to keep their feet on the floor.
A typical day
I love a good dog walk. When I’m staying at your house, be sure to tell me where the best trails are, or what streets are the nicest for a walk. I’d prefer to avoid dog parks.

Availability
I am a professional that works in the science/medical industry. With that comes a schedule where I generally work 9-5, but that can be shifted a bit. I find that a lot of my clients appreciate my maturity and professionalism.
