About Chelsea S.

Safety, trust & environment

Safety is a priority. After getting to know your dog, I would inquire about any needs they might have; physically and emotionally. I would make sure that the surroundings of the area on walks and park visits are safe.

Information Chelsea S. would like to know about your pet

To ensure the best care for your dog while your away I recommend a detailed check list of the essential information to cater to their needs. Weather it is feeding, medical, specific needs or anything to help them feel the most comfortable while you are away.

A typical day

I would provide your dog with a variety of games to stimulate them mentally or physically. Play time with toys like fetch or tug of war. Walks or a trip to a near by park to run. Indoor games like snuffle mats or enrichment treats for days when weather is bad are a few of the fun things I can provide.

Pet care experience

I've always had dogs growing up and my love for them extended easily to me, as an adult. I feel that it is important to take each dogs personality into account. Learning patience with each dogs uniqueness is what sets me apart. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and all natures (including reactive dogs). I have the energy to deal with young active dogs that require lots of exercise, as well as ones with a quiet nature, who need someone to simply be there (our senior dogs).

Chelsea is an amazing human! We met last year a dog get together, and have been friends ever since. This girl is so fantastic with dogs and puts their needs first. She treats her dogs like they are children, not just pets, she looks out for others to ensure their needs are met. She goes above and beyond when the dogs she is watching have anxiety or are nervous. She ensures all animals within her care are not only taken care of but feel safe and happy when their pawrents are away. Chelsea is the obvious choice for us to watch our baby when we are away. We know our baby is in good hands.

What can I say! I watch Chelsea interact with her two fur-babies as well as my own and it's so obvious she loves them. Chelsea watched my 8 year old doodle for 10 days this summer and Chelsea was there to comfort her when she showed anxiety over the first few days. Autumn can sometimes decline food during the first few days of her anxiety, and Chelsea found ways to make sure she was fed and hydrated. Walks were a part of her daily schedule as were play times with the other two dogs. Chelsea has become a part of the French Bulldog community. She often takes part in the outings and has planned some for others to enjoy as well. Her love of dogs is obvious to everyone!

Chelsea loves and appreciates all dogs as her own. When I needed some emergency care for my dog Chelsea didn’t hesitate to step in and help in a heartbeat and I didn’t have to worry at all if he was getting the attention and care that he needed. She understood his needs, his weird food and drink habits and when he needed to rest and relax from playing too hard. I truly felt my dog was safe, secure and happy with Chelsea. She was consistent with her updates and photos, letting me know throughout the weekend how he was doing. Chelsea’s two dogs are testimonial to how well she treats pets like family, like her own two children. I would 100% recommend Chelsea to watch over your babies.
