Hello parents! I have had a yellow lab named Rex for over three years. I love him more than anything. I play with him everyday. He is always a handful and keeps me active. He loves everyone and wouldn’t hurt a fly! We go on boat rides on most weekends when it’s not too cold. I had a family Schnauzer mix growing up. I always wanted my very own dog and now that I have one, my heart is SO happy. It would make me even happier to care for your dog too!

Chelsea was amazing!!! She sent me pictures of Opal on a walk (and napping after), and Opal was comfortable with her from the beginning. So thankful she was able to keep our pup for a few hours, definitely will keep her saved on here for next time. Thank you again Chelsea!
Chelsea did a great job of watching Steve during the day! She gave us a full description of his day and let us know she worked with him! She also brushed him, which was thoughtful of her to do! Her dog and ducks are cute! Definitely recommend her!
Chelsea was WONDERFUL! I would absolutely recommend her again as I plan on utilizing her in the future. My dog is a HUGE puppy and ball of energy...he really is a presence in any household. Chelsea was so understanding and patient with his obnoxious puppy behavior. I felt 100% comfortable leaving my boy with her, I knew he was going to be safe and loved on. She kept in contact with me and sent pictures...I'm pretty sure he was actually sad to be coming back home! She absolutely went above and beyond for my boy and I couldn't have been happier!!!

I am open to caring for any and all dogs! I would like to know beforehand if they will get along with Rex. If not, I can make arrangements so that they’re safe and get the attention they deserve. Rex is pretty easygoing though.
A typical day
I can walk your dog to the end of our road and play on the sandbar! Our dogs can also play fetch together in the backyard. With your permission, we can go to a more quiet part of Masonboro Island where there are no other people or dogs and just let them run free! Rex does it regularly and it’s really good for him to get out all of his energy. Afterwards, they’ll be returned tuckered out and smelling clean. All Rex wants to do after a beach trip is sleep and cuddle!

I currently work full time in Leland. I work Monday through Thursday, with some Fridays and Saturdays. I always know my schedule well in advance.
