Active stay at home dog mom

Pet care experience

Hi! 👋🏻 My name is Chelsea and I like dogs more than people (joking, but not really). My husband, Ryan, also plays a part in providing your pups with the best care! This is my passion and I truly love meeting and loving on all of your pups! I am beyond proud to say, caring for your dogs is now my full time job! I worked at a doggy daycare/boarding facility for almost 2 years where I gained a great deal of experience. I am very educated in dog handling and behavior/language and understand that every dog is different. I have even attended the pet boarding and daycare expo where I learned a great deal. We love ALL breeds! We have a 2 year old pitbull/staffordshire mix (Maverick💙) and a 2 year old German shorthaired pointer (Willow💜). They are very well socialized and absolutely love having dog friends over! They love dogs of ALL shapes and sizes (check out my photos!!) WHAT TO EXPECT Having two pups of my own, I know how worrisome it can be leaving your dog(s) somewhere new. I will send daily pictures 📸 and updates to give you peace of mind that your dog is in a loving, safe environment. I will also provide a detailed report card at the end of the stay. We are avid hikers and go on at least 3 hikes a week. On top of this, your pup(s) can join us on daily walks, lots of playtime and mental enrichment! Willow is high energy and loves to play. She would play ball 🎾 all day if we let her. She’s very good at getting other dogs to play with her. Willow requires lots of exercise and enrichment. We go for daily walks/hikes 🦮 and do daily enrichment activities including snuffle mats, frozen kongs, lick mats, etc. Maverick is much more laid back. We rescued Maverick when he was 4 months old and had a pretty bad puppyhood. He can be very nervous with new people but has always thrived being around other dogs. He’s a couch 🛋️ potato and loves just laying around and sunbathing. He never passes up the opportunity for a daily walk or hike. I am now also offering bathing 🛁 services for your pups! The bathing service fee is $35 per dog. This will include a deep wash 🧼 with professional shampoo and conditioner, teeth brushing 🪥, ear 👂 cleaning, a full body brush and nail trim! If your dog(s) joins us on hikes, it’s likely they’ll be pretty dirty after their stay. It’s always nice coming home from vacation to a freshly cleaned pup!🫧 Your dogs will have access to the whole house 🏠 (including couches 🛋 and beds🛏) and our fenced in yard. We spend lots of time outside (when the weather permits it) playing fetch and running around! We have an xl dog pool 💦 for any dog friends that love taking a dip in the pool like Maverick and Willow! I can provide daily walks 🦮 (as my pups love to go for a walk daily) and potty breaks every hour! We have a creek behind our house that we love to take the dogs swimming at as well! We try to stick to your dogs routine as closely as possible. Due to my increased client rate, I do book up to 4 families at a time. All dogs 🐶 I take must be friendly with others!! Dogs are ALWAYS closely monitored and supervised. If left alone, dogs will be separated using crates, gates or rooms. We look forward to getting to meet you and your pups!! 🐾

We have had several pets sitters throughout our years of being pet owners and Chelsea is by far the best. She goes above and beyond to make your pup feel at home and comfortable. We are so grateful we found her.

Moe had such a blast at his first stay with Chelsea that it was no question we’d be back for another! Chelsea is very flexible, easy to work with, and shows so much care for Moe and the other pups!

This was Pippa’s first overnight stay. She loved it. She had plenty of play time, lots of attention, and excellent care. We felt good knowing she was with Chelsea.
