It took me awhile to write a review about Chelsea because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. But I haven’t used Rover’s services since Chelsea watched my dog because I had such a bad experience with Chelsea. I feel like people should know to not use her. I showed up to Chelsea’s house early in the morning. I clearly communicated to her I would be there early before work to drop off my dog. Chelsea didn’t answer her door for 25 mins. She slept in. I was late for work. Then when I picked up my dog, again she didn’t answer her door. I clearly told her what time I would be there for pick up. She finally texted me after 20 mins stating she was out for Sunday brunch. She told me to walk myself into her house that was unlock and gather my belongings. Then my dogs water bowl was missing. Chelsea took forever to respond to my text and just replied that she would Venmo me for a new bowl. This girl was a unorganized mess. She acted unprofessional. I would NOT recommend her to watch your dog.

Rocky seemed very relaxed and happy when we picked him up. We would use Chelsea again in the future.
